Description

The Mountain Notebook Series captures the essence of nature's ever-changing moods, illustrating the majestic ridges of mountains that stretch endlessly into the distance. Through four distinct designs - Daybreak, Morning, Dusk, and Nightfall - this collection beautifully portrays the interplay of weather and the passage of time across mountain landscapes, inviting you to carry a piece of nature's serenity wherever you go.

The 'Dusk' notebook captures a serene landscape bathed in dusty grey tones, evoking the tranquil moments just after a light rain shower. This evocative scene portrays gathered clouds dispersing, with the last few raindrops falling as the sky begins to clear, creating a sense of renewal and calm. The landscape perfectly encapsulates the transitional nature of dusk, blending the fading light with lingering moisture in the air, inviting you to pause and reflect on the quiet beauty of nature's ever-changing moods.

Hanji

Hanji is traditionally handcrafted paper from South Korea. The paper, which can be traced back over 1000 years, is considered to be particularly environmentally friendly and sustainable. No trees are chopped down for paper production, since only the bark of one-year-old mulberry trees’ branches is used as raw material, which grows back after their harvest. The long-fiber bark gives the paper particularly tear-resistant and resilient properties, which is why the traditional Hanji has been used in many areas in Korea for several centuries. Due to its scientifically proven longevity, the pH-neutral paper also plays an important role in the restoration of world-famous cultural assets.
